At the heart of the rifle is the Zermatt RimX action, chosen for its exceptional consistency and smooth cycling. The dual-lug, 90-degree bolt throw provides a balance of strength and efficiency, allowing the shooter to stay locked in behind the glass without unnecessary disruption. It’s an action built for shooters who demand reliability under match conditions and uncompromising accuracy in the field.

The barrel is a 24-inch CRB, chambered in .22LR, with a heavy 1.20-inch contour that enhances stability and minimizes harmonic inconsistency. Paired with a 1:15 twist rate, this configuration is optimized for the most commonly used rimfire match ammunition (Lapua, SK, or Eley), delivering consistent velocities and tight group dispersion at distance. The result is a rifle that tracks predictably and holds true across a wide range of conditions.

Trigger control is entrusted to the TriggerTech Diamond, offering an ultra-clean break with an adjustable pull weight from 4 to 32 ounces. This allows the shooter to fine-tune the feel to their exact preference—whether for bench precision or positional shooting—without compromising safety or consistency.

The system is anchored in an MDT Premier Gen II chassis with a folding stock, finished in a distinctive charcoal green. Designed with both ergonomics and modularity in mind, it includes a bag rider for rear support and a forend weight to enhance balance and recoil management. The folding mechanism adds portability without sacrificing rigidity, making it equally at home on the competition line or practice range.
