Purpose-built for the shooter who demands absolute consistency and refined craftsmanship, the BR 04-2 represents a meticulous balance of mechanical precision and traditional aesthetics. Every component has been selected and integrated with a singular objective: repeatable performance at the highest level of rimfire competition and precision shooting.

At the core of the system is the PQP Trident action, engineered by Dan Killough and configured with a 3-lug, 750 lift, RB-RP bolt geometry. This action delivers a short, efficient bolt throw with exceptional lockup integrity, promoting both speed and consistency shot-to-shot.

The rifle is chambered in .22LR and fitted with a MullerWorks .920” straight contour barrel, optimized for stability and thermal consistency. The 1:16 twist rate is tuned for match-grade rimfire ammunition, while the integrated 20 MOA Picatinny rail ensures ample elevation for extended-range engagements without compromising optical alignment.

Trigger control is entrusted to the TriggerTech Diamond, offering a finely adjustable pull weight range from 4 to 32 ounces. This system provides a glass-rod break with zero creep, enabling precise shot execution under the most demanding conditions.

The rifle is housed in a Precision WoodCraft walnut stock, crafted by Randy Ownes specifically for the Trident platform. The natural walnut finish brings a classic, understated elegance while maintaining the rigidity and ergonomics required for precision shooting disciplines.

Optics are anchored by the Arden EP-5 (5-25×56), featuring a 34mm tube, first focal plane configuration, and VHR MIL reticle with illumination. This setup provides exceptional clarity, tracking reliability, and adaptability across varying lighting and distance conditions. The optic is secured with a robust Area 419 one-piece mount, ensuring absolute stability under recoil and transport.
